Due to hygienic reasons, Luna Lashes does not accept refunds. 
However, we can offer exchanges. If an exchange is necessary, we will endeavor to arrange this as soon as possible upon receiving the original goods before we can dispatch the exchanged goods. If you wish to exchange for another style, this must be the same price as the original purchase. We can only offer exchanges for another style subject to availability. 
*Please note, that if the eyelashes have been removed from the plastic insert tray we will not be able to give you an exchange.

If the goods you receive are faulty on arrival you must inform us via email customerservice@luna-lashes.co.uk & return them to us within 7 days. If in this case Luna Lashes decides to exchange the goods due to a fault on our behalf, we will not charge you for the postage of the new eyelashes. If on inspection of the returned goods we find they are not faulty, we will return them to you and you will be required to cover our postage cost. 

If for any reason, your goods have not arrived please notify us by email so we can look into this as soon as possible. 
If your package is returned back to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying another shipping fee for us to send them out to you again.
